IDAHO DAY

Internation Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia was initiated by Student Voice and acknowledged at Wirreanda on May 16th

The main purpose of this is to raise awareness of violence, discrimination and repression of LGBT communities worldwide, which in turn provides an opportunity to take action and engage in dialogue with the media, policymakers, public opinion and wider civil society.

We create events that are visable, this discentralised approach is needed due to the diversity of social, religious, cultural and political contexts in which rights violations occur.

Big thank you to our youth worker Scott, Shine SA, Student Voice, Ms West and Ms Parker and all those who signed the no tolerance page.
